The Bill, the Con, the Mark, and the Don…

Four candidates are in the lead: Hillary and Bernie on the left, Donald and Ted on the right. That pretty much says all you need to know about politics in America at this point in time; The bill of goods, the con artist, the perpetual martyr, and Donald… Calm and sensible is no longer the route we are on, you must whisper sweet nothings of free stuff, lie, or be as outrageous and egotistical as you possibly can. Or in Hillary’s case, all of that, plus have female genitalia.

I’m convinced that this is no longer about left and right, this is Big Government vs. Small Government, Reality TV vs. Facts, Authoritarianism vs. Democratic Principles, Pizzazz vs. Sanity, and they’re winning because maybe – just maybe – we’ve crossed the isthmus.

Mafia mentality, reality TV politics, and authoritarianism are what’s in right now. Like a horrible, horrible fashion choice. Like skinny jeans and man buns, side ponytails and tight rolled pants.

Real Feminism, Conservatism, and Liberalism are so last century.

In one corner, we have two Democrat candidates. One is the front-runner, and her continuation is a toss-up since she’s facing a possible indictment. The other is a socialist who once wrote the words, “A woman enjoys intercourse with her man — as she fantasizes being raped by 3 men simultaneously.”

So let’s look at the main individuals practicing political equilibristics… Okay, less equilibristics and more paralyzed tiger taming sideshow theatrics while the crowd cheers like it’s a grand show, all as the tiger lays convulsing on its side.

Bernie Sanders:

Bernie Sanders fans are like the adorable kid at the front of the class who is convinced they can grow up to be a superhero. Many of them are just selfish in nature, but a large portion actually buy the “equality” propaganda and dismiss the fact that socialism has a body count that induces feelings of jealousy in terrorists, and capitalism and liberalized markets free more people from the chains of poverty than any other government structure. While other countries are learning this and moving towards a system we designed, those snot nosed children wearing padded hero costumes and capes think fairness in lifestyle is a right, and they are running around tickling ears, ignoring real victims in the world, and making us look like the embodiment of the #FirstWorldProblems – “My new nail polish chipped” – poster kids.

Their rainbow AVI morally trumps your sermon on how we need to help sex slaves held captive by ISIS.

Facts are dirty little parasites that make the Equality Warriors need a safe space, below is an example:

But when pressured about the failures of socialism, all they need to do is fall on the “it’s DEMOCRATIC socialism, not socialism” farce, and the crowd cheers wildly. It’s like the scene in Miss Congeniality when FBI agent Gracie Hart is asked, “What is the most important thing our society needs?” She replies with something logical, “Harsher punishment for parole violators, Stan.” The crowd is quiet, disappointed by her response, so she quickly changes it:

World peace is as impossible as successful socialism, communism, and authoritarianism, because right now there are millions of human beings who, if given the chance, would do their best to dethrone Hitler from the ranks of Satan’s pride and joy. However, don’t tell that to those college kids playing Kumbaya in their “FEEL THE BERN” bumper sticker adorned Prius… Cause they’re totes gonna make the world a better place, taking down capitalism with their iPhones and Androids, and replacing it with a government system that has never, ever worked.

Socialism is sexy right now. “Democratic socialism” is even sexier! It’s edgy, exciting, and the pioneers touting its dressed up recycled principles are convinced they’ve come up with something different, something that will work! But the difference between Democratic Socialism and Socialism is really more of a shuffle to the side than a leap. Collective government is still the goal, but people would influence collective government through their vote.

Examples of Democratic Socialism include Nordic countries. While the left praises such countries, they fail to note that they are run by exorbitantly high taxes and overwhelming welfare systems. They also fail to note that while we have a population of nearly 319 million, Scandinavian countries have a combined population of under 27 million. They provide high levels of wealth and standard of living, but is that all because of Democratic Socialism?

The wealth and riches of Sweden of course are at least in part the byproduct of Swedish cowardice and moral depravity.  Sweden sat out both World Wars, and emerged from them with its economy completely in tact.  In fact, “neutral” Sweden made money trading with Hitler’s Germany and providing the Nazi war machine with war materials, even while its fellow Scandinavian nations were being overrun, brutalized and devastated.

In fact, every country listed on his “Issues” page under “Child Poverty Rates” have much smaller populations, not one of them even meeting 1/3 of our population. In addition, because of how large our country is, and how many immigrants we have settled, as well as new entries, the Nordic system just isn’t suitable. But of course he doesn’t list the poverty rates for immigrant children…

Separate poverty data for the migrant populations in Scandinavian countries are available and there are numerous indications that these are quite highAccording to one study, “While first and second generation immigrants constituted 44% of the poor children in 1997, they were 65% of all poor children in Sweden in 2008.  Only 5% of native Swedish children live in poverty. For immigrant children with both parents born outside of the Sweden, the child poverty rate is 39%.”  Poverty rates have also been shown to be high for immigrants in Denmark. According to a recent study of poverty rates among immigrants in all Scandinavian countries, “While native children face yearly poverty risks of less than 10 percent in all three countries and for all years investigated the increasing proportion of immigrant children with an origin in middle and low income countries have poverty risks that varies from 38 and up to as much as 58 percent.”

So Scandinavian “socialism” is doing a remarkably poor job in eliminating poverty among non-Scandinavians living in those Scandinavian utopias.

Scandinavian countries have done a fine job of eliminating poverty for their own small population, to a debatable degree, but they have failed in terms of eliminating poverty or making it a viable location for immigrants. I thought Democrats liked immigrants? Now I’m confused by what they claim to want, and what their policies would do.

In addition, political liberty and economic freedom, our foundation, are antithetical to Democratic Socialism, full stop. You can call it “good capitalism” until Kim Kardashian becomes a nun, but it just won’t make it so.

Hillary Clinton:

She’s a peach, am-i-right?

Now, despite the fact that many claim Hillary has undergone countless investigations that have turned up absolutely nothing, the truth is, well, very different. Here are the investigations:

Investigation 1: Benghazi Attacks: Investigative Update Interim Report on the Accountability Review Board

The Board is of the view that findings of unsatisfactory leadership performance by senior officials in relation to the security incident under review should be a potential basis for discipline recommendations by future ARBs, and would recommend a revision of Department regulations or amendment to the relevant statute to this end.

Investigation 2: Bipartisan report by Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Joe Lieberman, D-Conn., and Ranking Member Susan Collins, R-Maine.

The report determined there was a high risk of a “significant” terrorist attack on U.S. employees and facilities in Benghazi in the months before the September 11, 2012, assault on the Mission, and the State Department failed to take adequate steps to reduce the Mission’s vulnerability.

Investigation 3: Bipartisan report by The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence:

In spite of the deteriorating security situation in Benghazi and ample strategic warnings, the United States Government simply did not do enough to prevent these attacks and ensure the safety of those serving in Benghazi.

Investigation 4: The House Committee on Foreign Affairs

Accountability, of course, starts at the top. Unfortunately, leadership from the Administration has been sorely missing. While the Committee will continue to press for accountability, it is incumbent upon President Obama and Secretary Kerry to recognize the failures of senior officials and hold them accountable. Otherwise, another Benghazi scenario, in which U.S. personnel are left vulnerable by irresponsible security decision making in Washington, is inevitable.

“Republicans cut funding, that’s why security was cut!!!!’

Investigation 5: The House Committee on the Judiciary

Moreover, a lack of funding would not have been at issue with respect to the rejection of the request to extend the deployment of the SST, as that team was provided via the Defense Department at no expense to the State Department. The Administration owes the American people an explanation regarding these unanswered questions, which must be explored in greater depth in the weeks and months ahead.

Investigation 6: The House Committee on Armed Services

General Ham and others also reported to the committee that they readily believed the events in Benghazi to be an attack, not a protest against a YouTube video that had spun out of control. “It became pretty apparent to me, and I think to most at Africa Command pretty shortly after this attack began, that this was an attack,” General Ham said…

But the favored report by all Democrats is below:

Investigation 7: The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence

This particular report is noted as saying that officials did not intentionally mislead the public. However, if you read the introduction, you’ll find this gem:

“As the Committee focused its review on the U.S. Intelligence Community, this report does not assess State Department or Defense Department activities other than where those activities impact, or were impacted by, the work of the intelligence community.”

Investigation 8: The House Select Committee on Benghazi

This investigation is ongoing, but in short…

Private servers, top secret emails, lies exposed, oh my!

Not only did Hillary take extensive steps to try and hold up any investigations, she’s either incompetent, or was more nefarious than an organized crime syndicate to begin with. Hillary and Co. left our brave Americans in one of the most dangerous areas in the world, and without appropriate security. By the sheer grace of God, the vast majority survived, with almost no help from their own government. What she did afterwards was an unforgivable act in the world of credibility; she blatantly lied to the American people, and then she stood over the caskets filled with our heroes and lied to their family members. She should be behind bars, not on the campaign trail.

On top of that, she has spent her entire career demonizing victims of sexual assault, laughing while discussing an attack on a young girl who she suspected was telling the truth, saying about her attacker (whom she was defending), “He took a lie detector test. I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs.” You “have the right to be believed,” unless of course you’re  Juanita Broaddrick, Eileen Wellstone, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, Regina Hopper Blakely, Kathleen Willey, Sandra Allen James, or the various names attached to anonymous reports filed against the former President, her husband.

Hillary is toxic.

No self-respecting feminist would ever endorse such a horrible, revolting mascot for women in politics. Any man or woman who votes for her, even out of desperation, as opposed to writing in “the corpse of Mary Wollstonecraft,” should never use the term “I fight for women” again. Not only should her attacks on fellow women make feminists stay home if she’s on the ticket, but her actions throughout her entire career make feminists who support her look like nonsensical, self-obsessed drones who are careless in their decisions, disregarding of facts, and the absolute worst at picking a symbol for female leaders. The fact that she is the choice of so many women, would probably make the original feminists regret fighting for our right to vote. If she’s your candidate of choice, or even your fall back, you are a part of the massive stain on feminism as a whole.

“Guys, we need a mascot for the team. Any ideas?”

“Well, I just found a faceless Chucky doll in a massive bucket of dysentery out back. Would that work? Thoughts?”

“That’s a horrible idea, but let’s do it anyway!”

There’s a reason why people who dissect infants in pie plates and sell the pieces prefer Hillary. When their repugnant moral codes spot each other they have a mini reunion, “Wait. Don’t tell me, you were in the class of 47′ at Straight From the Pit of Hell High, right?”

Which brings us to the GOP front-runners.

In the other corner, weighing in at 5000 pounds of soul crushing political pandering shoved into a Ziploc sandwich bag labeled “decency,” you’ll find the following:

Donald Trump:

“Two Corinthians, 3:17, that’s the whole ballgame.”

Brilliant words spoken during a mandatory attendance speech at Liberty University.

“Tony Perkins wrote that out for me – he actually wrote out 2, he wrote out the number 2 Corinthians… I took exactly what Tony said, and I said, ‘Well Tony has to know better than anybody.”

*Blank stare*

That’s how it’s written in the bible, Bud.

This has been one big social experiment, I’m convinced. “How much of a train wreck can we make this and still be in the lead? I know, let’s add Palin!”

You rocking rollers. And holy rollers! All of you who work so hard. You full-time moms. You with the hands that rock the cradle.”

Wait, are you talking about the lady who drained a woman’s inhalers because she wanted to steal her family after she was dead? She’s there?

Okay, and for the people upset that she’s getting made fun of… come on. Do you need a safe space, too? I’m good with calling out dishonest and personal attacks, but that’s not what these people are doing. They’re whining about the maturity level of those calling out Palin or anyone they like on “our own side,” when mere months ago they were still making fun of Boehner when he cried. Get over yourselves, ye saints.

“Well, and then funny, ha, not funny, but now, what they’re doing is wailing: ‘Well, Trump and his, uh, Trumpeters, they’re not conservative enough.’ Oh my goodness gracious. What the heck would the establishment know about conservatism?”

Well, most of us know socialist healthcare, abuse of property rights, and authoritarianism do not fit within the definition of “conservatism.” But carry on, Sarah.

“Are you ready for a commander-in-chief, for a commander-in-chief who will let our warriors do their job and go kick Isis ass?”

Guys, if authoritarianism and reality TV had a love child, it would be Donald Trump’s entire campaign. And then if that love child had a love child with victimhood, it would be Ted Cruz’s entire campaign.

Ted Cruz:

As I said in one of my recent posts, “He’s a ramrod politician who executes manipulation beautifully. That’s about the only complement he’s going to get from me these days. He was once in my top 3, now he’s in my “I’ll vote for him while dry heaving with wine seeping out of my pores if I absolutely must” list. He’s either a principled candidate, or is just saying what he needs to say to get in the White House. You can’t have it both ways.”

I love how just a few weeks ago, Donald Trump was terrific, but now he’s an “establishment” candidate because he questioned Cruz’s eligibility. The term “establishment” is nothing more than a Roomba at this point, drawn to whatever Ted Cruz and his followers dislike. His empty “fighter” and “man of the people” awards – given to him by his followers – only remind me of one thing:

If this is all we can put forward, into the top four candidates in politics as a whole, we’ve reached a despicably low, joke worthy point in American history. What if we actually live in an America with a majority who earnestly seek bigger government, ambivalent towards the pain and suffering that may tag along for the ride with their ideals? Right now it seems as though that’s the case, especially as we watch Clinton, Sanders, Trump – even Cruz supporters – plug their ears and refuse to see what’s right in front of them.

Maybe we are now a nation that craves those who will tell us what we want to hear, not what we need to hear. Maybe we are a nation willing to destroy the greatest country in the world for the sake of “trying” a failed system for the fun of it. Maybe we are a nation that would hire a woman – for the most important job in our country – who left our Americans to die, attacked victims of sexual assault, and has done nothing but abuse her power. Maybe we are the battered wife who refuses to walk away. Maybe there are portions of the right who held a special place for authoritarian tendencies, and it just took the right candidates to expose them. Maybe this is indeed what we are looking at.

Maybe the mafia mentality, reality TV politics, socialism, and authoritarianism are what’s fashionable right now. Sadly, unlike man buns, skinny jeans, and side ponytails, such liberty crushing politics are rarely something that you can walk away from with any dignity whatsoever once they’re fully implemented.

In a perfect world, and in a sane America, all four of these candidate would crumble under the weight of their failures, poor policies, and blatant lies.

I still have hope that cooler heads will prevail, I still pray that we’ll get someone with sensible policies in the White House, knowing that under the right president people can change their mind about the poor ideals they currently support. However, if the angry and ignorant masses get their cake, I’ll be around to remind them that they have to choke it down, as well.
